STEPS TO FOLLOW

FIRST VISIT

The first visit to Embriogyn is very important to make a correct diagnosis and to generate a bond of trust between the doctor and the patients. In this visit, the couple’s medical and reproductive history is thoroughly reviewed. In order to perform an ovulation induction, it is necessary to have previously performed a complete gynecological examination, to rule out any tubal obstruction, and that the seminal parameters are within normal range.

OVULATION INDUCTION

In each menstrual cycle, a woman naturally releases only one mature egg to be fertilized. Women who suffer alterations in ovulation can be affected in this process.

With the help of a simple treatment such as ovulation induction, the ovulation cycle can be carried out correctly to achieve pregnancy.

This ovulation cycle is hormonally induced and is controlled by ultrasound at all times.

PREGNANCY TEST

After 14 days from ovulation, a pregnancy test can be performed with the first morning urine. If we have been successful with the induction process, we will perform a first ultrasound after three weeks to evaluate the viability of the pregnancy.
